Title: Technical Writer
Description:
Write technical materials, such as RFP/RFO responses, operating and maintenance instructions, appendices. Must possess prior experience of technical writing.Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with technical resources as well as business users and produce detailed business/technical requirements documents. Must be detailed and oriented.The Technical Writer will need to be able to work with the team, understand the business requirements and produce clear and concise documentation/deliverables. Will be working closely with Lead Analyst and IT counterparts but needs to be able to work independently and lead meetings to manage documentation efforts and gain consensus for approvals.

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in following
• Technical writer with experience in documenting Information Technology standards and
• proficient in technical writing and editing content using MS Word, procedures.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance and/or IT Operations technologies.
• Candidate must be PowerPoint and Adobe.
• Candidate must have the ability to distill complex topics and conversations into clear and concise meaning across multiple audiences.
• Needs to be highly collaborative and able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with highly technical IT concepts and compliance is required.
